We have 5 NewsBlur accounts. It’s important to track the cost of each account. Unfortunately, we do not receive email messages when the accounts renew. Today I only knew because of the credit card notification from Apple Wallet. Yes, I checked the spam folder. There’s nothing from NewsBlur. Is anyone else not receiving transactional email messages from NewsBlur?
I agree that would be great. I’ve been a paid user for years and never get any notice ahead of time. I happen to have a yearly reminder set to remind me it’s coming.
Yeah you should be receiving payment receipts. What’s your email or username?
