NewsBlur + Windows 10 = bad_pool_header

Since I installed Windows 10, Newsblur crashes and I get bad_pool-header. It only happens when I use NewsBlur.  Any suggestions?

What browser are you using?

Firefox.

For some reason, this particular computer won’t run Google Chrome.

This sounds like a browser bug or computer issue then — NewsBlur should not be able to crash Firefox.  (And if you can’t run Chrome, sounds like you might have a bigger problem…)  NewsBlur seems to work nicely in Edge for me, if you want to try another browser.

Bad pool header? As in a BSOD (blue screen of death)? You have a bigger problem than NewsBlur and Firefox.

You should start with a memtest which you can start from Windows itself.
