Version 15.1 was just submitted this morning and includes a full screen button to go back to the old full screen view for story detail. It’s sticky, so you’ll only need to hit it once. Should be approved and live within 24 hours.
The full screen button is working fine but is there any chance we can go back to the old ui or turn off tablet mode completely? I use a small 8” tablet and this tablet mode is very awkward to use, plus I can no longer close the app using the back arrow gesture as I used to do as it now just flips between the front page and the last folder you opened.
An option to turn off tablet mode would be great. I find too much screen space is wasted for the list of articles.
Another vote for being able to turn off tablet mode. I strongly prefer a single UI across all of my Android devices.
