New Yorker newsletter shows up blank

Hi,

First I want to say that I have been using Newsblur for years and it’s been such a fantastic experience. I have been using Newsblur to read my newsletters and only New Yorker (sent from newyorker@newsletter.newyorker.com) shows up blank. The newsletter title shows up correctly but there is no content whatsoever.

There is no hurry to fix this as other newsletters work perfectly fine. Thank you!

Thank you. I subscribed totally through Newsblur so I don’t have a link. But I believe the promotional emails use the same template or at least I hope so. Here you go:

Hi Samuel - I wanted to check in and note that I’m having this same problem with Helen Rosner’s newsletter, except that I have a rule in my email client auto-forwarding to my Newsblur import email address. I confirmed that it shows up correctly in my email client, but is blank in Newsblur.

Hi, just following up on this to note that I’m still having this problem.

Okay, I actually subscribed to it this time, so I’ll hopefully notice when it comes. I signed up for like three newsletters.

I switched email providers last week, so it may be processing better now. If not, I’ll fix it. The welcome letters came through just fine.

Received a couple blanks ones today and fixed logging so I should have something to investigate tomorrow I hope.

Thanks Samuel! Yes, I’ve seen the same thing (the actual newsletters are blank but other email communications from them seem to work fine).
