On Netvibes I really liked the fact that multiple feeds were shown on the same page. This allowed me to get a good overview of all the new posts in my feeds and queue a bunch of stories to read. A simple way to implement this would be to group all the unread posts together by feed in the folder view.

This is a maybe feature. Kind of out-of-scope, but who knows, someday I may entertain multiple feeds in a single view. The river/folder views do that, but they are still in a single file line. I think that simplification makes things a lot easier for both users and the developer.
Thanks for the reply. After using the river of news view for a bit it seems to be an equally good way of grouping my feeds.
