Mouse indicator doesn't line up with mouse cursor when River is empty

Tested on Chrome 22, Win7.

Steps to reproduce:
* Click on “All Site Stories”
* Read all the stories
* Click on “All Site Stories”
* If there are no new stories, the River is empty
* Move the mouse in the content area. If the indicator is locked, unlock it

Expected behavior:
* The mouse indicator is horizontally even with the mouse cursor

Actual behavior:
* The mouse indicator stays several pixels beneath the mouse cursor

Woah, uhm, is this still an issue? Seems like a Chrome 22 bug. Works fine for me in Chrome 20 and Safari/FF.
