Login problems using internet explorer.

Is there any way of logging in rather than going through the front screen? I have to use IE at work and I get a ‘done, with errors’ message and the login button doesn’t work. (I’m posting this from home, using Chrome)

I don’t use IE on a regular basis, but I was poking around the settings trying to help someone else here who had an issue. I noticed the same thing happening if I uncheck “protected mode” in the IE security settings. Make sure that is enabled and set the security for all zones back to default. You’ll need to restart IE after.

Also, in my testing, I found that it’s better to not use compatibility mode.

Thanks, I’ll try it in the morning. I try to avoid using IE as well, but for some reason it seems to be impossible to get businesses to move away from it.
