So I am not sure what the arrow is in the photo I’ve attached. But it follows my mouse so closely I can not adjust the column width. And it seems to lock / unlock nothing. The arrow is circled in red.
That arrow controls which story is selected. Good point about it not letting you adjust the width of the story titles list. Just lock it and then you can adjust that width.
