Lastpass can’t fill the login form on the homepage - it only can fill in the “new user” field, which simply returns “that username is already taken”.

Your Lastpass probably saved it when you initially signed up, so it’s trying to fill out that same form again. If you can edit the entry in lastpass, click “edit form fields”
They should be “login-username” and “login-password”
