Is there list of websites available on Newsblur?

Is there a full catalog of RSS feeds that I can add to a Newsblur account? It would help if I can look though that list of feeds so I know which ones I’m searching for within the dashboard.

Related to that, are there a lot of local news options available on Newsblur? How can I easily find them?

There’s an infinite* number of sites supported by NewsBlur. It’s the responsibility of the site to publish the RSS feed. NewsBlur just follows and interprets this feed.

Some sites advertise their RSS feeds with this icon, usually among the other social media icons:
RSS Icon

Other sites prefer to hide that they have RSS so they get more traffic from you. You can often guess the RSS URL by adding /rss to the end of an existing page’s URL, for example: www.9news.com.au/victoria has it’s feed at www.9news.com.au/victoria/rss.

Find the sites you know and love, hunt down their RSS feeds, and add them to NewsBlur.

A lot of sites have feeds without advertising it with a RSS icon but still link it in a way that Newsblur and other feed readers can find. So before guessing URLs or search you can simply take the URL of the site and past it in to add site in Newsblur.

Either Newsblur can find the RSS for you or as is the case for 9news.au, someone else as found the RSS and it is listed as a suggestion.
