Sometimes when reading saved stories in the iPhone app, I notice that the “unsave” option says “save this story” instead. Not sure how to reliably reproduce.

Dunno if this is related, but sometimes it’ll show the text shadow but miscolors the text itself on the “save/unsave” option.
