Allow readers to read through the feed mode of their lists offline on the iPhone app, and have it automatically sync when back online. This way, people could catch up on their news on airplanes, in rural areas, and on iPod Touches. Also, slow connections wouldn’t mean waiting a few seconds every time you switch articles/pages, since it’s already downloaded onto the device.

Yup, offline access on the iOS app is slated for the future. It’s a bit of a ways off, but I’d love to have it. The way I’m going to have it work is that you’ll select a few feeds to be downloaded, instead of waiting for everything.
