iOS: Is there a way to disable the image previews or the whole list of articles on the right when first launching the iPad app?

When I first open the iPad app, there’s a short list of articles from my full feed on the right, which now include image previews. I’d like for the opening page (sorry, not sure what this view is called) to be blank, or at least not contain any images.

Sure, just hit Interactions in the bottom and you’ll see what used to be there.

holy cow…if it was a snake…

this is helpful, but it seems to forget the setting if the app is quit. would be nice to have a sticky preference for this.
