Intelligence trainer - discontinuous phrases

It would be helpful if we could select non-continuous phrases as part of the Intelligence Trainer.

Here’s an example.  The AV Club feed stories don’t use tags.  And many of their stories have titles like this:   TV Club:  A brand new villain in this week’s The Flash.

What I would like to do is select both TV Club and The Flash as a qualifier for stories to ignore.  I don’t want to ignore all stories with TV Club (I am interested in some shows they cover) and I don’t want to ignore all stories with The Flash (I may be interested in stories about the show, but I don’t want to see the episode summaries).  I just want to ignore stories with titles with BOTH of those phrase parts.

Yes, this is an interesting use case. The issue is how do I make an intuitive interface where these sorts of boolean logic clauses can be defined. It’s not so easy and the way we have it now is it is simply point and click a thumbs up or thumbs down. Adding boolean logic would be extremely niche and overly complicated for 95% of users.

Understood.  My hope was that I could do a CTRL+highlight of the various phrases, and that would serve as an AND statement.

+1 — they don’t have to be boolean (although that would be awesome), just “ABC*DEF”, that is, being able to put a wildcard/“hole” inside the phrase.
