Installing on Synology (Docker)

Does anybody have some tutorial on how to install this using Docker on a Synology NAS? Google is not my friend :-/

What are you finding to be different? NewsBlur uses Docker Compose, so it should be compatible with any OS that has docker support.

Nothing different, but as Docker runs a bit different I think on Synology as you don’t have commandline access etc. not sure how to install it. So was looking if people did this before and maybe there is some form of tutorial already online, as I can’t find it :-/

Hi Hans,did you find anything on that matter? I’m also unable to followup, not much of Docker knowhow here :frowning:

  • Installed Docker on the DS
  • Installed newsblur/newsblur_python3 from the Docker-registry
  • started the container

Aaaand now what :slight_smile: I’ve got no clue :man_shrugging:
