The top image of this story is placed at the very bottom of the feed on NewsBlur. Under the image, the word “Galleries:” is also displayed, even though it is nowhere to be found in the original story.

That’s just how the feed works. Those images are from a special tag in the RSS feed called media enclosures. NewsBlur looks to see if the media enclosures are used elsewhere in the story. If not, it appends them to the bottom of the story, similar to how they appear in the feed.
