Intermittently I get the “newsblur is not secure” error message when opening the site on my laptop. If I click the “go to site anyway” option it still opens ok.
I have the “use only a secure connection” in newsblur preferences clicked on.
My Chrome version is 99.0.4844.82 and I have the “always use secure connections” option in Chrome clicked on.
I just changed the newsblur DNS last week to point to a new server, so that messed with some systems for sure. That new server has a working ssl certificate, but some systems don’t look for that and lock the IP.
Anyway, usually waiting this out works, but otherwise if you know why you’d have your DNS updates limited, then that would be good to flush.
