HOw to opt out of NewsBlur emails?

I’m trying to opt out of news blur emails and all I get when I click on the opt out link in the email is a page to sign up for the paid premium account. It isn’t clear how to do this. Can someone help me?

Well, you don’t have an account yet. When your account is created, go ahead and opt out then. Also, I don’t send any marketing emails, so you’re not about to get spammed.

thank you Samuel. I had downloaded the IOS app and an email from NewsBlur after I registered.
