How long does it take an item in a folder to show up in that folder's RSS feed?

I was struggling all morning to get a feed to work and finally a couple things popped in, but there seems to be a long delay. 

How long does it usually take?

Edit… Now the two items that finally showed up in the feed are gone. I don’t understand what the problem is. The feed is https://www.newsblur.com/reader/folder_rss/161794/8f1594763b11/focus/ignore-but-dont-delete

There’s no caching, so if you see an item on Newsblur, it should be in the RSS feed as well.
