I found this option, but no way to set it up.
Nice detective work! It’s soft launched to admin only right now, but it will be a convenient way to catch up on news you may have missed. Here are the options available. I’m going to be launching it to the Premium Archive tier hopefully next week. I believe I’ve ironed out all the bugs, but it’ll take a few more days of 2x daily notifications to ensure everything works as expected.

where is this setting? I upgraded but do not see it.
It’s coming soon, I’m almost done testing it. There’s still a few rough edges but I have most of it working perfectly. It’s a complicated feature and I want it to work well for everybody. I’m planning on opening it up this week, to complement story clustering, which has been working pretty well (silently) for everybody for the past few weeks.
