How do I email/forward a blog so it includes the entire item

The email does include the story’s content. CC yourself and it should show up.

If I opt open in an email client so i can send to a group it just sends a link, Can i make a group in the SEND THIS STORY option?

Yeah, you can specity multiple recipients. Just use a comma.
