Please Cancel My Renewal Subscription. rwbtatum
Hi, you can cancel your subscription by logging in on the web and going to Manage > Account > Payments > Cancel subscription.
I’ve tried that numerous times over the last week, but it doesn’t work. The buttons say “cancelling” and “saving” but nothing is cancelled or saved. I reported the problem on this forum a week ago, and emailed you about the issue. So, since the “cancel subscription” function isn’t working, at least for me, will you please cancel my subscription? Thank you.
