Hide message list in portrait mode (iOS)

In portrait mode of iPad the room for the text is too small, therefore an option for hiding the message list would be nice.

Especially on the iPad Mini.

I used to do this but it was too confusing for new users. So I disabled it, but I may bring it back, because I like that mode as well.

I concur. I always read from my iPad in portrait mode and currently Newsblur uses far too much space on the left. It’s perfectly readable but It looks unbalanced. It gets really ugly when the site has embedded youtube videos as these get the right hand side chopped off.
