Folder renamed (translated?), given feed icon

I had a folder labeled “nok”.
The folder is now labeled “enough”, a tooltip when I hover over it shows a symbol and lists “original text” as “nok”.

The folder also has a feed icon in it, the other folders do not.

I’m not sure whether an action of mine added the feed icon, but I also don’t know what it means - is this folder now public? Being updated? The right-click menu doesn’t seem to explain for that folder.

Ahahah, thanks! (no, I didn’t, but I must have translated it at some point, because reloading the page turned the text back)
