Actually it isn’t a new topic, sorry, but it’s an ongoing problem and more than a bit frustrating for (paid) clients:
For some sites fetching text and displaying it in browsers and iOS-apps works wrong because displaying of german umlauts fails. (Feed view is fine.)
It happens for all stories at spiegel.de, spektrum.de, allgemeine-zeitung.de
