My feeds haven’t fetched anything for several hours already, though through the rss links I see that there are new stories that should have been fetched…

Looks like Get Satisfaction changed their feed and the queue that collected this feedback (and let me become aware of the problem) was accidentally killing the feed update queue. I just pushed out a fix and everything should be back to normal.
