TLDR; found a solution and posting this in case this might help people
There is an issue with one of the feeds I’m following: Libération (French journal)
The default RSS feed is http://rss.liberation.fr/rss/latest/ which is apparently working fine (200 OK in the feed logs), but is not updating since March 24th 2021
Looking up that URL in a browser redirects to <![CDATA[Libération]]> which contains the feed
Replacing URL in the settings correctly updates the feed
