Feed not showing stories on first load on Android

I’m seeing a new issue where going into a feed doesn’t display content the first time (shows only “loading”), but when backing out and going to it again the content does load. This seems different than the other feed issues so I created this thread.

It appears to happen on feeds that have new content since the last time I opened the feed. It doesn’t seem to be an issue where I’m not giving it enough time to load: it doesn’t show anything until I go out and come back to the feed.

I’m on Android and believe it started happening after I recently updated the app (within the last week). Current version: 13.10.0 (249).

@andrei just pushed out a new version so it’s possibly there was a regression.

I noticed this in the last 2 days as well and I’m starting to look into it. There will be a 13.10.1 app update to address other issues and this one is next on my list.

I think the issue has been fixed and Android version 13.11.0 is pending Play Store review to be released soon.
