Feature Request: Set a folder/feed to "mark as read" automatically after x amount of days.

I read a lot of different websites and want to subscribe accordingly, but I often don’t want to/am not able to read every single article that comes up, especially when a site doesn’t provide an RSS feed for different topics.

I think the suggestion in the title would be a good solution to this, and one I haven’t seen in any other RSS reader. I was also thinking it would be cool to set a folder/feed to only keep the newest posts unread (i.e. only keep latest 10 items unread and mark older items as read).

Not sure if this is viable or wanted, or if it’s been suggested before, but it’s a feature I’d love. It would make me hesitate less about subscribing to high-volume feeds and I think it’d work well for news sites which post articles very frequently.

Thanks for reading

I’ll see if I can squeeze this in this month.

Oh wait, the feature I just agreed to is a mark as read N days back on a per-feed/folder basis. That I’ll try to ship. This feature I’m not so sure about.
