Fails to add RSS feed

I put in https://upsilandre.over-blog.com/ to subscribe to. It failed to find the RSS feed.

I put in https://upsilandre.over-blog.com/rss as that’s the exact RSS feed. It still failed.

It seems that adding RSS feeds is broken.

it adds just fine. it then shows

This site has not been fetched in 5 hours and is throwing errors.

when i check the actual error, it’s been returning 505 since july. when i look at the actual articles in the feed, the most recent one is

and that’s the most recent article on the actual website, too. i think this site is defunct.
the rss feed is definitely broken on their end and the last blog content was almost two years ago.

Both RSS feeds are valid. They load locally, but connections from NewsBlur’s servers to OverBlog time out before any response comes back. The 505 shown in NewsBlur means a timeout.

Upsilandre’s latest post is January 2025, but its feed still works. Djayesse is actively publishing, with a post from October 11. This is a connectivity problem between NewsBlur and OverBlog. I’m not sure why it’s timing out but it works locally, so likely they are blocking NewsBlur.
