Fails to add RSS feed

I put in https://upsilandre.over-blog.com/ to subscribe to. It failed to find the RSS feed.

I put in https://upsilandre.over-blog.com/rss as that’s the exact RSS feed. It still failed.

It seems that adding RSS feeds is broken.
