Double tap to switch to Text (iOS)

Now when I want to switch to Text have have to release my hand from holding the device (esp. iPad) to tap the Text button on the bottom left (or middle when in portrait mode).

It would be more comfortable when I could just double tap the text with my tumb while keep holding the device.

Hmm, that is an interesting idea. I would think the double tap event would be configurable, but switching to text view is a good option. That said, I’m not sure I’ll get to this soon, but if anybody else wants it, please chime in.
