Cyrillic characters are messed up

I see a lot of rubbish characters in feeds when reading russian sites

like this:

Example of feed? Use a lot of “Russian” feeds myself - have not seen garbled feeds yet.

Something is not right.

TEXT mode is garbled indeed.

Ok, this should be fixed. It will only work for new stories that don’t have their Text views cached, but let me know if it doesn’t work anymore. Specifically which story doesn’t work, as that was key to getting this fixed.
