Please add feature for placing folders and feeds in custom order in the list
For what it’s worth, put numbers at the start of folder names and they will be ordered numerically.

I used to allow custom ordering but I found that the drag-and-drop operation of moving a feed was accidentally being triggered all the time. What I need to do is build a dialog that lets you re-order feeds, or even just a mode that turns reordering on for the feed list. But I haven’t prioritized it yet.
In the v12 update it looks like Global stories moved from the top to the bottom of the feed list, having to scroll to get to it now
Being able to reorder things would be very helpful!
