It would be nice for the IOS app to be able to add folders, without having to add a new website in a new folder. I would just like to add an empty folder to sort stuff out.

Sorry, that’s just not supported on iOS. But really, why create an empty folder? If you’re planning to move other sites into it, just subscribe to that site in a new folder, then you can move others into it.
The reason it’s not on there is because I wanted to keep iOS simple.
