When I try to tag a story, occasionally the tag list displays duplicate tags, same text and count. Tapping either of the duplicates crashes the app. Sometimes rebooting iOS clears the duplicates.
iOS 10.3.1 with 12.75GB available. This behavior is not new. It happened on prior iOS release on this iPad.
