Clicking a comment interaction sends to the reading pane to a blank page and the message counts in the upper-left corner to NaN

Clicking a comment interaction sends to the reading pane (or whatever the largest panel is called) to a blank page. Once this is done, the unread message count in the upper-left corner reads NaN.

Hmm, what browser are you running? Also, what’s your username?

My username is “musafurber”. The problem occurs with the latest versions of Chrome and Safari on OS X.

Comments also fail to load when I use the iPad app.
