Clear reminder of renewal date

I recently got an email providing a 1 month grace period on my subscription as it had just expired. I appreciate this, but an earlier reminder would have had me renewing long before my premium subscription expired.

Is it possible to have a reminder email go out a week or so before the expiry date and/or a simple notification in the web app (and mobile apps)?

I’m happy with the rate the emails go out now. Remember, your premium account hasn’t expired. The date is a month out, so you have nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the quick reply, and that’s true it hasn’t expired, but it was the wording of the email that had me thinking “oh crap, did I forget to renew my subscription”.

Anyway, awesome app, I use both the web app and the iOS app (on iPad) more than daily. Cheers.
