After Google Reader shut down, I was evaluating several RSS services, including Newsblur. Then I saw a tweet by Samuel Clay offering lifetime premium memberships for those who could state their case. I was laid off during that time and went back to school so this kind gesture was super appreciated. Almost a year later, I’m still grateful and it makes using Newsblur even more enjoyable.
