Can't Purchase Premium Account

After entering card number, etc… keep getting message: “Invalid API Key provided: YOUR-PUBLISHABLE-API-KEY.”

I got the same thing. Would love to purchase a premium account to help out.

Can someone let us know when it would be safe to try upgrading to premium. Thanks
