Can't log into site

I paid $36 for a premium membership, a couple of hours ago. After logging out, then logging in again, the system does recognize my login information. I had to sign in as a new user to tell you about this problem.

I know that the payment worked because I got a receipt from you.

Hi, I’m sorry to hear that. Can you tell me what your username is? I searched for ’ billnold1’ and found another user AZ**2 from 2013, but I don’t think that’s the account you’re talking about.
