cannot import starred / favorites .json file from non-google takeout source

I’m migrating from Feedbin I get double feeds and I believe that problem is already addressed. (That feed manager would be really great right now.)

Feedbin lets you export your Favorited / Starred items in a json file. I was going to import those, but the menu only is “live” for the “Download from Takeout” option. I already have a .json file, I just need to import it.

Help?

Could you email your feedbin starred stories json file to samuel@newsblur.com. I’ll see about building an importer.

sent… I thought it would work on *any* file, once I had it. Maybe you disabled the button once Google Reader died?
