I was surprised to see a renewal for Newsblur on my credit card because I was fairly certain I cancelled after my renewal last year, and now when I went to cancel it (again?) I notice that after I click the cancel button, it shows “Cancelling…” but then reverts to “Cancel Subscription Renewal” and continues to say that I have a premium account. Please tell me how to fix this and cancel my account. Ideally, I’d have my most recent payment refunded, but I can certainly entertain the possibility that I didn’t actually cancel last year.

It seems the request actually went through successfully, but the UI did not update to reflect this. Now I’m even less certain about what the status is…
