I emailed you last year to ask for my money back after a few days of usage finding the service not satisfactory to my needs. Got zero response.
Well, this morning I got another charge!! When I went to the site to cancel you link to the paypal homepage. From there it is very difficult to find any way to cancel (hint: this is why I wasn’t able to remove this payment last year). I think I finally found the right button but there’s no way to ask for my money back after just being charged.
I haven’t logged in to the site in a year or used the service at all.
Please give me my money back (I already lost confidence on getting my money back for last year, you can see it in the email I just sent).
I thought Newsblur was going to be this cool RSS service and I am sad to find that I’m being scammed $72 with 0 response whatsoever. At least when you try to cancel a newspaper they have someone on the phone and they don’t ghost you with 0 ways to cancel, only redirecting to another website with a complicated UI where you have the burden of finding a hidden dashboard.
I will have to issue a chargeback if you don’t do this right. Do better.
