Using the beta site and marking items as read is behaving weirdly.
I have Newsblur configured to mark as read manually. Lately, the stories have been marked as read when I click into the story itself with my mouse. Today, clicking in with my mouse would not mark them read, neither would using the shortcut keys or the context menu on the title. The only method that seemed to work was the “Mark all as read” button at the top.
After a little bit more experimenting, it seems that this only happens on feeds I’m using Story Mode on. With those feeds, I have the problem with not being able to mark them as read.
Can you post a full browser screenshot of the feed/folder that’s not working? I’m not able to reproduce the issue, so I need to see what the differences are.
It happens with any site I have set to Story mode.

One other thing I noticed while getting these screenshots is that if I click in the story column where the post titles are, the hotkeys do work. But clicking in the story frame itself still does not. Mark as read in the dropdown menu on the titles also still does not work.
