Integrate ability to change Background from white to light blue or light green, to minimize eye strain, should be under Preferences, if deemed worthy of inclusion -  I spend about four hours a day on here. Thank you …

Download the Stylish browser extension and install the CSS stylesheet from userstyles.org called “NewsBlur - Dark Theme”.

I’ve been trying for ages to get an official dark theme added. But until then, I will suggest the same as Tazio said.

As it is maintained by me and the most up to date dark theme there is.
