automatic subscription renewal

Hi - I’ve just discovered that my subscription was automatically prolonged without any notice. This might be legally ok according to your terms of use. But it feels not very nice. I’ve immediately cancelled my subscription and put you mentally on the list of those services that behave like this.

I’m not sure I understand the disappointment. I sent you a payment email which you can directly reply to and ask for a refund. Additionally, you could have canceled at any time on the website without even emailing me.
