In this build of Newblur for Android, the unread filter (my default view setting) doesn’t update to show only the unread items unless I toggle to all items and back to unread. Anecdotally I feel as if I’ve seen it finally show only the unread items if I refresh at the main page +3 times.
This does seem to be related to reading stores on the mobile app. When I’ve read stores in the browser, the next app refresh shows only unread items (or sometimes those read in the last mobile session but not often).
Also, the Send app feedback > Email bug report causes the “Newsblur keeps stopping” message effectively crashing the whole app.

FWIW on my side, logging out and back in doesn’t make seem to make any enduring difference. I’ve even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as installing from a fresh factory reset and end up with the same results.
I can’t seem to get this to hapen on my own, but can anyone experiencing this try something real quick? Once you find a feed where the read stories are still visible, rather than refreshing or killing the app, tap into another feed (any feed, any mode), then go back and then return to the feed that was acting incorrectly. Does it immediately fix the issue?
If I do things this way, I don’t experience the condition that I’ve seen However, I operate almost wholly from All Stories where it happens constantly and without relent.
Here, I’ve read two stories, backed out to the main page, pulled to refresh, and then going back into All Stories.

So just to confirm - if you read some stuff in All Stories in unread mode, back out, go into a specific feed, back out, and go to All Stories again, the stale/read stories do not appear? (don’t bother refreshing, it won’t help in this case)
