Android: Unable to add rss feed

I’m trying to add this feed, but it just shows adding feed and doesn’t get added. This is working on Feedly etc.

feeds getting added but displaying xml code
did you make this feed or copy from somewhere else

This is copied from the website itself: https://www.nseindia.com/rss-feed. Working without issues on Feedly etc. In fact, for me it isn’t getting added at all.

@samuelclay both urls in the thread return code 502.
