Android: trouble reading by folder with a free account

So the first problem I had was that I could no longer swipe through unread stories in folders, the app would just let me read the first 3 then say the folder had no unread stories. This was solved by turning on prefetch and downloading everything. But now after updating to version 15 downloading stories causes the entire app to stop and close if I try to open a folder. This is fixed by turning off downloading and deleting what was previously saved, but then we go back to the first problem.

What is going on, are folders just completely broken? Cause opening individual feeds still works fine, it’s just folders that seem to be causing problems.

I’ll take a look but know that you have a free account so you shouldn’t be able to read by folder. That’s a premium only feature. I let free users see three stories as a taste. What broke is that the premium upgrade dialog, which I rarely if ever test, isn’t showing properly. I’ll be sure to fix that in the next version to help compel you to upgrade, which would certainly fix your issue of loading stories while reading by folder.
