Android: More themes for eink screens

There are two huge problems with newsblur. Other than that I love it.
Problem 1: It is essential in my opinion to let users select an icon or image to replace the folder icon. I have about twenty folders and I would love to be able to find the one I’m looking for quickly and visually.
Problem 2: I use newsblur on an onyx ebook. It runs the android app. It uses a colour eink screen, which is only capable of displaying muted colours and oftentimes cannot display the colour of the feeds. It would be extremely good to have more theme options, especially on the android app, so that I could select a theme appropriate for a coloured e-ink display.

would also be nice to have pagination support, at least for reading articles and ideally for article lists as well. scrolling on e-ink screens works but there’s often ghosting and requires frequent screen refreshes.

I love the custom icon for folders. Would be great if we provided a list of 100+ icons that you can choose between. I suggest moving this idea to its own forum post as an idea so that others can vote it up. Don’t worry about spamming, it’s a terrific idea!

As for the theme colors, that’s an interesting idea. We have four themes (two light, two dark), but I’d be interested in a checkbox that turns down colors for eink screens. Describe a bit more of this, since I don’t use a color eink screen. Ideally if you can provide an image that shows what you’re looking for. Specific changes are super helpful towards getting this implemented.
